What are your current spiritual practices?
Prayer and Bible reading, lectio divina exercises, worship.

What service are you performing for charitable purposes?
NextLEVEL Leadership is a volunteer led organization that provides leadership development opportunities for women across Canada and internationally.

What Real Power/Janet Hagberg means to me
Being part of the RP network and knowing Janet have had a profound impact on my life and thinking. It is wonderful to discover a community of people passionate about helping people truly flourish - not in a self help kind of way but in a deep understanding kind of way!

What is one of your favorite quotes from Real Power or Critical Journey?

Summary of what we did to become certified as a master mentor
As part of my certification process I taught the material in a variety of different settings. This enabled me to both understand the material better and to challenge myself to be able to apply it in different settings, for example with high risk young moms or highly driven camp directors. Another significant piece was a pilgrimage I was able to take to Scotland where I had time to explore both my family and spiritual heritage and spend a week at the monastry at Iona.

Mentoring approach and personality
I am pretty relational and will be working with local people so as to be able to meet face to face.
