Site: http://www.ambroseconsulting.com Dear Powerful Women and Men, I'm so glad to have been introduced to you. I've been traveling and away from my computer hence the delay in saying THANKS for all your warm messages. I believe that work is the Divine flow of energy through us and between us as we give and receive, serve and survive together. My mission is to help people connect with the deeper meaning in their work in order to create more satisfying personal and organizational results. I am currently exploring ways to apply the Stages of Power model in helping people understand and heal their relationship with work Grounding myself with family these days is new work that my spirit has called me to do. I spent years "running away" from family and at the same time being the family caretaker-problem-solver-matriach. And at times, I handled the self-imposed pressure by sending them gifts of money, rather than gifting them with my presence. Now the process is reversed and the healing has begun as I find new ways to be loving and available to others. My current vision statement as I embrace this Call is "To be a woman who keeps her promises, first to self and then to others." This helps me remember to take care myself too as I tend to overextend and forget about my health and well-being. In the meantime (in
a similar practice to yours, Rita) I continue the work of corporate healer.
Lately, I'm conscious that I'm being called to do it differently. The
work is still joyous, yet I'm aware that I get a deeper satisfaction and
more grounding in my purpose when I move out into the big Keynote arena
as an idea leader to hundreds of people, then retreat back to my homesite
for one-on-one coaching or working with some groups of 5 or so women in
transition. Right now this moving out, moving in dance; this divergence/converenge
feels more magical than the long-term corporate OD stuff that has taught
me and sustained me in wonderful ways in the past. It's become clear to
me that less is more. I've observed how powerful Janet can be by focusing
on a single vision at a time. There are some lessons in that as I pass
through this crisis of movement . . . One Love
Dear All, The Real Power model was very powerful to me because it explained so much about my life -- I could see my Stage 2 self so clearly. And could put some more understanding around why that was such a light (growing) and dark (co-dependent) experience. And it helped me to look at the journey I've been on since that time...working toward understanding my purpose. Warmly,
Janet and I first connected when she guided me in spiritual direction. Some years later, we connected with the development of Janet’s Leadership Journey program. At her invitation, I attended my first RealPower network retreat in 2002. I had little idea what to expect, but I wanted to accept Janet’s gracious invitation and I was curious. I decided to check it out to see if my participation made sense for me and for the others in the group. In new situations, I am quiet and reflective as I take in my surroundings. I listen, observe, join in when asked, and let it all percolate. I was amazed! This was like no group I had ever experienced! There was an open sharing of resources and a willingness to listen and help – just a lot of genuine giving and receiving. It mattered not whether the person was new or a ‘seasoned’ member. I was hooked. For me the network has meant connectedness. A suggestion is made, a resource is provided, personal time is offered, loving critiques are proffered. The outreach is highly contagious! I have grown personally, socially and professionally in this group and I would add, after my first retreat, it was impossible to be a quiet observer.
I look forward to contributing slides and other materials into the network potluck. And my first order of business will be to read the 3rd edition and post a marvelous review on Amazon. (FWIW, I have developed something of a following for my candid Amazon reviews.) Thanks for having me. All the best!
It's an honor to be part of the Real Power Network! What drew me to this Network is the work of my spiritual teacher, Janet Hagberg. What keeps me dedicated to the Network is its "Pay It Forward" philosophy. This is one of my own values and it's the basis of the network - to spread goodwill and share resources freely. Here's who I am and
the gifts I bring to the Network: Her experience ranges from designing workshops for a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award firm to training volunteers in a third-world country. She has worked with executive leaders and frontline employees in industries including manufacturing, financial services, retail, marketing research, and nonprofit. Some clients include 3M, ING, General Mills, Best Buy and Ontrack. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Situational Leadership, and The ROI Process for Measurement & Evaluation are a few of the nationally recognized programs Janae is certified in. She has a MA in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and is adjunct faculty with some other local universities. An active member of the American Society for Training & Development Twin Cities Chapter, Janae has chaired the Spirit in Work Special Interest Group for five years and is currently providing consulting for the chapter. She founded the local chapter for the national Association for Spirit at Work and is also a consortium member of the Mind, Body & Spirit: Creating Balance in Life organization. Her work has been published in journals, presented at conferences and featured on a local cable TV show. Janae is especially proud of her soon-to-be-released book for girls of all ages (5 to 95) The Little Girl Who Found IT: A Story of Heart and Hope.
I had the great fortune to be connected to Janet, and the Real Power Network, through the Corporate Alliance to End Partner Violence a few years back. My life experience included domestic abuse, and I wanted to channel more of my talent in capacity building for state coalitions and shelter staffs. The Executive Director thought Janet might be helpful. She definitely was. She applauded my efforts, but being the “real” woman that she is, shared the challenges she’d faced in attempting to help this system transform. As soon as I got off the phone, I ordered a copy of Real Power. It sat on my shelf for several months, as I was in the process of finishing my own book, A Journey of My Choosing, a story of personal transformation set within the backdrop and my around-the-world trip. When I finally had a chance to read Real Power, I knew immediately why Janet’s and my path had intersected. It was as if Janet had traveled with me, codifying my journal writings, especially my relationship with “The Wall.” I used the Berlin Wall as a metaphor, and wrote about the “spirit in the rock” and “chiseling through the pain of my past to create a glasnost in my soul.” My pain includes loneliness. I feared rejection, so I spent a great deal of time by myself throughout life. To be frank, I’m sick of being alone! That’s why I want to be with you:-) I want to be connected to bright people doing similar work. I want creative playmates and inspirational soul mates. I love the Six Stage Model, its clarity and versatility. It fits me and my work to a tee. I’ve already incorporated the model into my work. I tried it out at the Women’s International Networking conference in Switzerland last fall. My workshop, Integrating Power: A Woman’s Journey of Choice, blended the model with a roadmap I constructed, an ABC framework that challenges participants to "accept reality, be with the possibilities, and choose responsibly." I’m now getting paid to deliver this program, and my intention is to keep doing more of this work. I’ve also made it a part of Executive Women’s Connection (EWC), a 5-month sustainable connected-learning process for directors/VPs committed to leading their lives and organizations with integrity. I trust that I will learn many things from the members of the network. I dare not second guess what my learning will be, for I know that adventure brings awesome surprises. The greatest resource I can share with the group is my personal life experiences. Second, is my creativity. I’ll share my writings, including my book and online newsletter content. I’ll provide education on processes that compliment the Six Stage Model, including Voice Dialogue and Coaches Training Institute methods. In time, I hope to have case studies of how the six-stage model has impacted women participating in EWC. Richard Carter In taking a course on leadership for the Doctor of Ministry degree, the book, Real Power, was assigned reading. I have never gotten over it. As a pastor I am immersed in the dynamics of power, whether it relates to conflicts in the home or the church, or as I observe the people in my church both drawn to power and hurt by it. In the meantime my own life journey is defined in part by my place on the power continuum. I am disappointed that so few of my acquaintances have heard of the concepts in Janet Hagberg's book. I look forward to meeting those who do know about this, and I hope that I can learn from others who are discovering how to apply these ideas to their lives and their work. I hope in particular to network with people who are learning how these concepts can be applied in Christian ministry. While New Jersey is far from Minnesota, because of family connections it is quite conceivable that I could join the anual retreat. My only resource so far is myself, as one who has been living with the issue of power in organizations and in American culture. Web

I first read Janet's book Real Power almost two decades ago. I have revisited it several times throughout my journey to understand power and myself. Her book Inventurers was also helpful to me when I was struggling to set a new course in my life. I see my role in the network to be helping all of you communicate and share your thoughts through the use of technology. I keep up the Real Power web site and the Real Power Network web site. My life has been very much enriched by working with Janet and all the other wonderful people in the network. Email Address: kmcurran@mm.com Organization Name: Resources for Creative Change, Inc. I am an adjunct faculty member at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN, and a strategic change consulting in private practice. As a friend and colleague retired early from 3M at a director's level position, we began talking about working with women on issues of power and organization politics. She had read Real Power and directed me to it. It now forms the basis of how I think about women and power, and masculine/feminine development. It is the backbone of a course I teach called Power and Leadership in the Master's of Arts in Organization Leadership program at St. Kate's. Among other things, the course introduces these emerging leaders to how to work ethically (stage 2, 4 and 5) with org politics (stage 3 skills) as one step in acquiring leadership skills. The book has helped me make sense of my own feminine/masculine development, and I now use it to encourage others to do the same. The course is really fun to teach and has been a big hit with students. I have wanted to meet you, Janet, for a while. I am in the process of writing a book on women, org politics and leadership, and know your thinking will have inspired a lot of how I position the book. I have wanted to confer with you about the best way to cite and incorporate your thinking in the book, as well as in the other work I'm planning on doing with it. The network is an added bonus, in terms of being able to collaborate with others who also have integrated this work into their thinking. How would you use resources? I would use dialog with other members of the network to expand my thinking and help me forward my own development and reflection as a leader/consultant. With their permission, I would incorporate tools they have that fit or expand the work I am developing. What do you have to contribute? I have the syllabus to my class, which includes showing where and how I hang political skills and ethics onto stage 3 of your model. I have added quite a bit of related material: indirect aggression among women, boys' and girls' emotional development, ethics and politics, case studiess involvling the use of political skills, experiential learning activities on related material, analytical political tools. I can share these. Gloria Daum Ellen Duffield La
Ree Ewers
Website: http://www.alzsmiles.com Author, speaker and facilitator, LaRee L. Ewers is an advocate for our friends with Alzheimer’s. It is the roadmap in Real Power and a core of others living the pages in the book that bring many of these concepts into the lives of a small circle of friends with Alzheimer’s. LaRee is expanding the perception of the disease for its travelers, family members, care staff, volunteers and the public. She no longer sees failing bodies and muddying minds. She sees robust souls. Our friends with Alzheimer’s still crave to be validated, to contribute, to give meaning and to be in the joy of the moment. What word-image comes to mind when you hear, ‘Alzheimer’s’? Is it, ‘joy’? It is doubtful that joy would be your word association. However, it is LaRee’s experience with Real Power that brings her to this viewpoint that matches Alzheimer’s with joy. Her mother-in-law’s diagnosis of this memory robbing disease, drops she and her husband into an abyss described in Real Power as stage 1, victim. They are trapped in a disease without knowledge or experience. They are handcuffed to her mother-in-law’s journey. Certainly she is a victim. (Or is she?) The biggest surprise is meeting countless medical professionals and hands on care providers who also wear the badge, “Victim.” It is the philosophy expressed in Real Power that transforms stage 1 into a spiritual exploration for Ewers. Stage 1 is uncomfortable. She asks: “What could I do to extend the quality of my mother-in-law’s life for as long as possible? Could I modify the language arts techniques used in a kindergarten classroom to a population whose communication skills are evaporating?” After six years of field testing the answer is a guidebook, Making Tired Eyes Smile®. Everything a volunteer needs to facilitate a circle of friends is a mouse-click away as an electronic book. There are 60 lesson plans, 90 family stories, 120 poems, 60 skill cards and much more. These are the tools for a structured conversation. These tools prompt joy, community, contribution and respect. These are the tools Making Tired Eyes Smile®. Now Ewers is seeking to create a national network of volunteers enticing story and poetry from circles of friends with Alzheimer’s. Everything a volunteer needs to facilitate a circle of friends is a mouse-click away at www.AlzSmiles.com. In addition to the story circles, Ewers uses a story technique within family support groups to assist family members in the processing of this disease. The goal is to trigger conversations in directions most family members have not yet recognized. These stories are available through her web site for facilitators of family support groups. A final component of Ewers’ campaign to link joy with Alzheimer’s is a series of three case studies designed for professional caregivers. Hands On, The Language of Smiles and How Does Your Garden Grow? also use the power of story to connect the care staff to the joy side of serving a fragile population midst the hard everyday realities. How Does Your Garden Grow? introduces the care staff to the first four stages of power in a creative and inspiring garden metaphor. How Does Your Garden Grow? companions with a module for the owners/directors of assisted living facilities. If the facility’s leadership embraces the stages of power the staff will be supported in drawing the circles of joy for the resident and family larger and larger. Like the small Real Power network start years ago Ewers muses, “May Making Tired Eyes Smile grow in ways I cannot touch with my imagination. I touch it with hope and trust it will make its way.” Natt Friday : I am a pastor of an international church in Robbinsdale,

I first came across your book, Real Power, as one of the texts on a I want to see how others are using your model in their professional work and personal lives. I think the network is a group of wonderful people who show a sincere passion to make the world a better place. I want to be part of that. My doctoral research will be on organizational management. I want to use the insights of Real Power to critique some of the commonly accepted views of organization theory. I would be glad to share my findings with the network. Sherry Gaugler Luckily, I got to introduce myself to many on the recent retreat. To the others, I would introduce myself as someone who was profoundly changed by reading The Critical Journey, and someone who feels passionate about helping others along their spiritual path. I first learned of the book when I was struggling with a difficult time (questioning everything) from a person who eventually ended up being my spiritual director. I learned that I wasn't crazy - that questioning God wasn't being "faithless" - and that by walking through the dark times, my relationship deepens and my authentic self is free to shine through. I feel blessed and grateful. When I attended the retreat, I felt like I had come home. I said among a group of people living their lives fully, in many different capacities and on many different levels. I felt inspired, challenged, embraced, and heard. And, I left the retreat feeling like I could do anything - and that if I questioned that there were others who have walked ahead of me - choosing to live in all of their realms - living inner and outer lives completely. I felt as though I contributed and was contributed to. I love that. How would you use the resources? I haven't used any Real Power materials yet, as my focus has been on The Critical Journey. During the retreat I attended, I felt inspired by the thoughts and approaches of others - not to necessarily mimic what they had created, but to create new approaches and materials. I believe that being part of the network would afford me the access to even more inspiration, and support, for the work, and for the life that is ever changing when delving into the level of awareness it takes to live the stages of our lives - both personally and in carrying the message to others.

I was going to be
a rich and famous actor. I got a BA in Theater in 1981 from the University
of Colorado-Boulder (rarely cited as a premier theatre degree program
but when you're studying at the foot of the Rockies, the quality of education
is secondary). Twelve years, and many twists later, InterACT Group (a "group" of one-Wayne is a very silent partner) works with business owners and operators who want to create an environment where people look forward to coming to work each day. For more information about our training and presentation programs, click here: http://www.rgetman.com I discovered Janet's book about five years ago during an emotionally charged time of my career. In sum, I turned 40, the income well was dry, my self-image wounded and business options bleak. I read Real Power and wept. Several books have touched my heart; Real Power ignited my soul! Nothing would do until I met its author. I asked Janet for her permission to teach "a bit" from the book. "A bit" turned into a two-hour session and I sought permission to teach more. Janet agreed and offered generously to share whatever else I thought I could use (overheads, handouts, cartoons, session questions and more). The program I teach is called, "Leading from Your Soul." I've reformatted Janet's text into PowerPoint for overheads and handouts. And, as Janet, so aptly models, am happy to share it all. Though my presentation has changed a LOT since, I do have an audio tape copy of the first presentation if you want to hear it. My first recommendation is to hear Janet wherever and however possible. When we're not indoors, you'll find me and my family (13-year partner, Kathy and our two cats, Alex and Mouse) outside in the garden. Consider yourselves permanently invited. The spring bulbs are quite a sight in early May! Rob Goodridge
Janet is the author of Real Power. The healing and transformation of this world will come about through the healing and transformation of each of us--one by one by one. In the healing process, we move through stages of spiritual development. As we continue on this journey, we deepen. We move from powerless through powerful to power-free. The journey brings us from our own internal isolation to intimacy with the Holy. The result is compassion, love, forgiveness, courage, healing and humor. I

I believe that each one of us is on this earth for a purpose. We are called to do something for the greater good that no one else can do. Because so much of our time is spent working, our lives become richer when we can make the connection between our work, our purpose, and the rest of our life. Real Power provides helps make that connection. I learned about Real Power from my friend and mentor, Robin Getman. The roadmap that Real Power provides has articulated for me the important connection between purpose/calling, work, and our significance. The message in Real Power is so important for organizations and individuals. It would be delightful to connect with such wise, caring, smart individuals, while strengthening our organizations at the same time. I would love to facilitate workshops and conversations on the Real Power material. It is a very natural complement to the workshops I am already facilitating. The bios of the Network members are impressive. What a wonderful group to learn from and with! What do you have to contribute? I have always tried to build my work around abundance, rather than scarcity. I am very willing and committed to sharing my own learnings and training ideas. It would be wonderful to have a group with whom I can share business leads, or partner with. There is good work being done, and good work to be done -- this Network is a good place to share the abundance. Judy
Rogers Dear Janet, What a thrill to open my e-mail and see your name! Your work has been a very powerful influence in my life and I am pleased that I now have the opportunity to tell you so. I first read your book in l996 - it was recommended by a friend. I found the chapter on developing one's spirituality or soul to be so profound - it resonated so much with my own life. I immediately included that chapter in a leadership course I teach in the College Student Personnel master's program at Miami University (Ohio). My students loved your work as much as I did. It became one of the most popular readings in the whole course. Based on my students' reactions, I decided that my colleagues in the student affairs profession in higher education should also be introduced to your work. So I developed a conference presentation uch like the one I did in Ft. Wayne around your suggestions for how to develop one's soul. I'm sure there were a lot of book sales after that session because the standing room only crowd resonated with your ideas just as much as I had when I was first introduced to them. I have since led that workshop two other times, once with the Indiana Leadership Association and the Ft. Wayne Leadership group. Again, I showcased your book and your work and encouraged them to use it in their own leadership contexts. My most recent and
most fulfilling experience is that I have introduced students to your
work in the new graduate seminar I designed and now teach titled "Spirituality
and Leadership" (syllabus
attached). One of the assignments for the course is for students to
form accountability groups that last the entire semester My passion these days is to encourage dialogue about how students, faculty and staff can bring their whole selves, mind body, heart and soul, to the higher education workplace. My course certainly nitiates this dialogue and I am doing some writing on the topic. I just think it is critical that we be able to express our spiritual selves in all that we do. I would be very interested in networking with others who teach soul leadership and in the retreat that you mentioned. I assume I will find information about that at the website? I will also look forward to buying the new edition of Real Power as soon as it comes out. Thank you for contacting me. I'd be honored to have further conversations with you about soul leadership and how my students have responded to your ideas. I can say that your work has been life changing for many. Sincerely,
I'm not sure yet how I would use the resources of the network. My guess is that access to the network might encourage me to utilize the Real Power resources even more widely in my teaching than I currently do. I'm really not sure yet. So far, I've been using Real Power (the book) and the Personal Power Profile as part of a course on the ethics of power in the Bible, although analysis of the ethics of power permeates all my teaching. Since I do have some expertise in biblical interpretation and analysis of contemporary (postmodern) culture, I may be able to bring some of this to bear on discussions (if relevant). J. Richard Middleton is Associate Professor of Biblical Studies at Roberts Wesleyan College with a joint-appointment as Associate Professor of Bible and Culture at Northeastern Seminary, both in Rochester, NY. He has coauthored (with Brian Walsh) The Transforming Vision: Shaping a Christian World View (InterVarsity Press, 1984) and Truth is Stranger Than It Used to Be: Biblical Faith in a Postmodern Age (InterVarsity Press/SPCK, 1995), which received a Book-of-the-Year award from Christianity Today magazine. He has published scholarly and popular essays on biblical creation theology, the problem of evil and the theology of popular music. His essay "Let's Put Herod Back into Christmas" was awarded the Canadian Church Press prize for best inspirational theological reflection (1993) and another essay "Why the 'Greater Good' Isn't a Defense: Classical Theodicy in Light of the Biblical Genre of Lament" received the annual Fall essay award of the Princeton Graduate Theological Forum (1997). Middleton's new book The Liberating Image: Humanity Created as "Imago Dei" in Genesis 1:26-28 is being published by Brazos Press and he is presently working on a volume on 1 and 2 Samuel for the Abingdon Old Testament Commentaries. Before coming to Roberts Wesleyan College, he taught at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School (Rochester, NY), Redeemer University College (Ancaster, ON) and the Institute for Christian Studies (Toronto, ON), and served as campus minister at four universities in Canada and the U.S. email: sara.merz@co.ramsey.mn.us I work in politics and I also practice and teach meditation. There
was a time when I didn't think these two things could fit together, yet now
I'm seeing how my experience in each is helping me in the other. I'm
interested in how groups and individuals can work to solve problems and work
for the greater good in ways that spread power and energy and can support
lasting transformation. I also want to support personal, individual growth and
healing. I'm gaining respect for the way a person's internal experience
impacts their outer world, and how this plays out in group dynamics, sometimes
in a fabulous, creative way and sometimes in a counterproductive or
destructive way. Just call me Daniel Ng. I came to know about the book "The
Critical Juroney" first before I read "Real Power." I have been blessed by
both books and would like to share the ideas and concepts with other. I may not be ready for it. But making an impact in peoples lives is the
direction I would like to move towards. Christian Orsted MORE: Our company has bought the rights to The Corporate Athlete - The Power of Full Engagment, which is the main leadership development programme that I teach. It is translated and changed from the US version both in langauge and in culturally. I have attached an HBR article about the concept if you are interested in learning more. Also I am very inspired by and use the work of Ken Wilber (AQAL), Don Beck (Spiral Dynamics) and David Deida (masculine/feminine spirituality).
I assist individuals in creating more opportunities in business and in life. For the last 13 years I have worked as a crisis intervention worker teaching parenting, anger management and lifeskills to low income families. Most recently I am teaching sales training and I am finding the need to bring some life giving concepts in. I would like to introduce the stages of personal power to my business groups. Lynn Smith I am one of 5 women who came together 5 years ago to support one another in our leadership development areas and ended up creating an organization called NextLEVEL Leadership. Our vision is to see Canada being transformed through godly women working alongside men in all the decision making places of our country. That includes business and politics as well as the religious, judicial, medical and educational worlds. We perceived a huge gap between the leadership growth opportunities offered to women compared to those which men were able to access and therefore our aim is to help Christian women find their voice and influence their world. There are many reasons why I would like to join the network. I believe strongly in collaborative learning, so having access to the hearts and minds of others who are interested in the journey of faith, and who are using the Stages of Power materials is a wonderful opportunity for “gleaning” and “growing.” As I read through the bios on the website I am honoured to be able to connect with such an illustrious group. My first contact with Janet Hagberg and her book Real Power was when I attended a one day seminar she presented in conjunction with the Center for Christian Women in Leadership at Eastern College in Pennsylvania. I was then Dean of Students and Vice President of Student Development at a seminary in Canada and this opportunity coincided with a conference I was attending. I immediately began using the concepts in my student development work as well as in my own life. Then, when I retired and began to look for materials to use for NextLEVEL Leadership, I couldn’t find what we believed women in Canada were asking for. Eventually, we decided that I should write our own curriculum which I did – and the Stages of Power is a significant focus in our first Module. Then as I began to work on teaching materials for Life Balance, I discovered Stages of Faith and that has become a focal point in that module. Mentoring is an important aspect of our work with women and I was asked to prepare a conference on mentoring for women leaders in Germany last fall. At the conclusion, I was asked to put my teaching material into a book for them to translate and publish. That’s when I made contact with Janet to ask if I could have permission to put her materials into a book because I couldn’t talk about the purpose of mentoring without using her concepts. (I also hoped I could persuade her to write the book herself.) Not only was Janet delighted to hear about the impact her work has had on women in Canada and Europe, and of my applying it to mentoring, she graciously offered any assistance she could give in getting this book to publication. Short of writing it herself!! So thank you for including me. Organization Name : JOY Journey Janet Hagberg's Real Power has taught me to value inner growth and

Websites: www.stockink.com, www.expertpublishinginc.com; Email: sharron@stockink.com As a speaker, trainer, and educator, I recommended Janet Hagberg's book, "Real Power," (first edition) to my audiences. When my speaking colleague, Robin Getman, mentioned she was working with Janet, I got very excited and told Robin how I constantly recommend Janet's book. Robin asked me if I wanted to meet Janet and, as the cliché goes, the rest is history. Since joining the network a few years ago, I've learned much. Janet gently challenges us all, and all in the network enthusiastically support each other. Janet asks nothing of us that she doesn't give of herself. She's a great model. My expertise encompasses negotiation, assertiveness, and communication in the forms of writing, presenting, and publishing. That book, "The Little Girl Who Found IT," is authored by fellow Real Power Network member, Janae Bower. Expert Publishing also published fellow Real Power Network member, Dr. Patricia Casello's book, "Weigh Your Options," which uses the Real Power model to help readers with weight issues. Scott Peck (for ten years), worked as a Chaplain at Boston College (for seven years), and tried making 30 minute brownies in 20 minutes (once). Now I have my own consulting company that focuses on leadership development, change management, and organizational improvement. I am excited to be a part of the network. Spirituality is a big part of my life. This will be a chance to make it more formal in my work. I look forward to contributing any way that I can. Cheers, Greg |
