a list of specific planning items for her presentations.
Refreshments, if provided,
should be energy producing fruits and breads vs. sugars and sweets.
Please turn on all lights making the room as light as possible.

Risers are not required for groups
under 200. If risers are used, please:
- Center in front of room
keeping the first row of chairs close
- Place the overhead and table
up on the risers
- Place the stool and music
up on the risers
- Depth of risers must provide
distance from projector to screen to allow full image.
Note on Seating: Start the first
row of chairs within 3 - 4 feet of front table or risers.

SESSION LENGTH
- 1st choice =3.5 hours (including
2 breaks)
- 2nd choice=3 hours (including
2 breaks)
- 3rd choice=2.5 hours (including
1 break)
- 4th choice=2 hours (including
1 break)
- 5th choice=90 minutes

Lectern, microphone stand, audio/video cart. Please remove these items
if not needed by other speakers.
