an individuals stage of personal power. This profile follows
the ideas and behaviors described in Janet Hagbergs book Real
Power: Stages of Personal Power in Organizations. The authors designed
this profile :
1) to provide individual insights on stages of
personal power
2) as a preparatory tool for courses in leadership,
power and management
3) as a discussion tool between managers
and employees
4) as an assessment tool in the course of personal
renewal
You answer 72 questions on a scale of 1-5 (1=Not descriptive
of me to 5=Very descriptive of me) and plot your scores on an
answer grid.

The
Learning Style Inventory
An instrument to measure
individual learning styles. Your learning style is the unique
way in which you go about gathering information, sorting it out,
and making decisions. You are more likely to find meaning and
satisfaction in your life and work if you are aware of your best
and most enjoyable style of learning.
This instrument is
useful whenever you want to help people understand themselves
and others, to help understand how people see the same thing differently
and to help groups work well together. Many trainers have found
this a useful tool for diversity training.
The four learning styles
are enthusiastic, imaginative, logical, practical. To show how
different they are, here is a description of how all four learning
styles approach a new experience.
New

Faith Styles Inventory
This inventory is an easy and intriguing way to find out more about our faith and how it differs from others. Why doesn't everyone raise their hands in praise, why do we pray differently, why do some people like to build houses and go on mission trips and others don’t?
This inventory explores four different approaches to faith, to worship, to prayer and to social action: Nurturers, Connectors, Thinkers and Developers. Easy to take, score, and interpret. An entry-level tool for those who want to understand their own faith style.

Spiritual
Life Inventory
The SLI describes how
you see yourself on the spiritual journey, using seven phases:
Recognition of God, the Life of Discipleship, the Productive Life,
The Journey Inward, The Wall, The Journey Outward, The Life of
Love. The Spiritual Life Inventory complements the ideas and behaviors
described in Janet Hagberg and Robert Guelichs book Critical
Journey.
We move along phases and repeat them in an ever widening
spiral as we experience the breadth and depth of our spiritual
lives.
These stages of our
spiritual life address one or all of the following issues: 1)
the struggle to find meaning and wholeness, 2) the crisis of values
and identity at midlife, 3) questions about our spiritual journey,
4) the quest for self-actualization and 5) the healing of early
religious experiences.
You answer 91 questions
on a scale of 1-5 (1=Not descriptive of me to 5=Very descriptive
of me) and plot your scores on an answer grid.
Sample Questions
