Real Power Certification

We offer four tracks with varying levels of depth for our mentoring and certification process around Real Power and Critical Journey. Certified master mentors of the Real Power Network work with the mentees, no matter what track someone chooses.

Track One – Searchers:
Searchers want to learn more about the basics of Real Power or the Critical Journey. Click here for the Track 1 mentee questionnaire. They choose to work with a certified mentor via email/phone to expand their understanding with the model, to apply it to their own lives and to increase awareness for additional resources to help the discovery process.

Investment: The searcher commits to three one-hour sessions at a total investment of $150.

Track Two – The Network:
The Real Power Network extends an invitation to anyone who wants to officially join the Real Power Network. The invitation includes access to the resources on the web site and participation in the retreats. Click here for the application form.

Investment: Membership in the Network is free of charge. Members of the network who want to go deeper may have phone/e-mail/in person consultations with a master mentor for $50 an hour.

Track Three – Real Power Life/Work Certification:
The goal for this track is to be a transforming process encouraging people to move to the next stage of power and to equip them, giving them competence through a certification to use the Real Power model in coaching, mentoring,consulting and teaching.

A person seeking life/work certification commits to a six or nine month mentorship with a certified master mentor. To be selected, the mentee:

completes a Track 3 mentee questionnaire
reviews profiles of master mentors
interviews with a master mentor to determine readiness as well as the best fit for a mentor.

Once selected and paired with a master mentor, the mentee designs a unique learning plan to coincide with a personal life/work goal within the framework of the following 8 competencies. Levels of achievement are required within each of the 6 selected competencies. Click here to read an example of the competencies.

Knowledge of the RP Model (Complete all 3)

2. Understands the PPP (Personal Power Profile) (if a part of their workshops/seminars)
3. Interpersonal Skills

Personal Orientation to Real Power – (Select two with consultation with mentor)

7. Commitment to Transformation

Application of the Real Power or Critical Journey Teachings

8. Composes a written answer to: How do you uniquely bring Reall Power to your life and/or niche market?

Supports the answer with a post to the website for use by all network members the applicant’s handouts / outlines / printed magazine or press articles, etc. used to build knowledge of soul leadership. (Examples: Robin Getman's rainbow (PDF) and various other contributions. LaRee Ewers' Book Club (Word document) and Leadership Lab (Word document) materials. Other options are available for completing this competency if co-designed and agreed to by master mentor.

A sample worksheet for these levels of competence and the requirements for the process of certification is available by downloading this Word document. If anyone is interested in using the Critical Journey in addition to Real Power, we can work directly with them to modify the process.

Investment: The investment to partner with a master mentor is $550 for 6 or 9 months, ranging from $91.50 a month for 6 months to $61 a month for 9 months.

Track Four – Master Mentors:
A master mentee has completed Tier Three and is invited by a Master Mentor to move to the next level—or a person can be invited to apply directly to the Master Mentor level if their experience warrants it. Tier Four raises the level of competency from Tier Three and expands the number of competencies with Application of the RP Model.

Investment:
The mentee invests an additional $750 above the investment of Tier Three for another ten months of partnering. If asked to apply directly to the Master Mentor level the cost is $1000 and the time is 10 months.

The mentee agrees, after successful completion of the Tier Four competencies, to work for at least five years in the network mentoring system in a variety of ways including but not restricted to certifying others, consulting with members or searchers and sharing mentoring skills with other master mentors.

Master mentors may choose what tiers they desire to mentor after completion of Tier Four.

Network members will invest $50 an hour for phone/e-mail/in person consultations with a master mentor. The master mentor agrees to share 3-8% of investments collected with Janet Hagberg or a non-profit cause that she chooses. The master mentor is invited to share a larger percentage if heartfelt.
