Joseph’s poem to encourage all who he shares his art with:
Life is beautiful and it can be real
It all depends on your free will
Going places and doing things
Just naturally spreading your wings
Being honest and being real
Is the only way to give yourself a fair deal
Keep your mind open and your spirit high
You can do anything, even touch the sky.
Janet’s poem to encourage those who are curious about reaching out to another.
A Wider Lens (with hand motions!)
You look out (using first 2 fingers of each hand point and move outward from your eyes)
The “Other” looks in (using the same 2 fingers, point and move inward toward your own eyes)
The world is calmed (put your hands on both sides of your face like you are cradling it)
